Race Day Guidelines

Everything participants need on event morning, from bib collection and reporting time to route instructions, venue facilities, and post-run activities.

Collect Your Kit

Collect your T-shirt and bib on event day between 5:00 AM and 5:45 AM, just before the start.

Kit Collection Window

Collect your race kit on 2nd August before the start, between 5:00 AM and 5:45 AM.

Bib Check

Check your bib number and details by entering your name in the search bar on the bib lookup page.

Plan Your Morning

Arrive early, follow the entry instructions, and keep your bib on the chest. The event will proceed as scheduled in any weather.

Venue Access

Entry from Gate No. 1

The venue is 3.5 km from Kherki Daula Toll. The resort entry is just beside the McDonald outlet on the expressway. Drive slowly while approaching the service lane cut at McD.

Entry from Gate No. 2

Use this gate if you are coming from Vatika Chowk, Sohna Road, Sec 79, or Naurangpur Road.

It takes about 15 minutes to park and walk to the assembly area, so plan your departure accordingly.

Relay FormatTeam of 3 members run one mile each and pass the baton after every leg.

What Runners Must Follow

  • Wear your bib on the chest, not on the back.
  • Do not exchange bibs.
  • Do not go on the race track after finishing while still wearing the bib.
  • Reach the venue 45 minutes in advance.
  • The course is flat, clean, pollution-free, and traffic-free.
  • Route markers and volunteers will guide you through the route and assembly area.
  • Water, energy drink, and first aid are available en route.
  • Lots of photographs will be clicked while you are running.

Participant Support

  • Parking attendants will assist with parking.
  • Air-conditioned and sanitized toilet bus in the assembly area.
  • Baggage drop counter and photo booths.
  • First aid by Aarvy Healthcare.
  • Water station and pre-run snacking counters.
  • Assembly area is about 5 minutes’ walk from parking.

Rewards After the Run

Prize distribution starts at 7:30 AM. Participation trophies are announced after the run, and top performers receive recognition before and after the races.

Company Participation

Participation trophies will be given to all companies with 10 or more participants after the run.

Performance Awards

Trophies for maximum participation and maximum women participation will be given before the races start.

Fastest Finishers

Top 3 male and female finishers in all race categories will be rewarded.

Age Category Prizes

Age category-wise prizes will be announced on a later date.

Recovery and Celebration

Finish Line Benefits

  • Cool-down stretches in the recovery zone by experts.
  • Finisher medal and sapling for all finishers.
The Corpo Jumble Cup winner will be announced in the coming week after calculating performance and participation points.

Keep the Route Clean

Segregate disposables into wet and dry waste and dispose them in the respective bins. Bins are marked for wet and dry waste collection. Help keep the race route clean. Our volunteers will clean the park after the event is over.
